MediMinder doesn't give medical advice
MediMinder is an organiser and reminder tool. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it isn't a medical device. Nothing in the app, including adherence figures, symptom charts and refill estimates, is medical advice.
Follow your prescriber
- Take medicines as your doctor, pharmacist or the patient information leaflet tells you.
- If a reminder in MediMinder differs from your prescription, follow the prescription and update the app.
- Don't take a missed dose late, or double up, just because the app shows it as missed. Check the leaflet or ask a pharmacist.
- Refill estimates are based on what you enter. Order repeat prescriptions in good time.
Reminders can fail
Notifications depend on your device, network and third-party services. Don't use MediMinder as the only way you remember time-critical medicines.
